We have been incredibly impressed with our new apartment, The Perspective on 72 Albatross Avenue Mermaid Beach.

There are so many wow factors in our apartment. Most days we open the sliding doors that disappear into the walls which allows us to seamlessly transition from indoors to outdoors making it ideal for entertaining and enjoying the beautiful views.

The design is exceptional, featuring a well-thought-out floor plan that maximises space and functionality.

One of our favourite aspects is the butler’s kitchen. This gives us extra storage and prep space so the main kitchen can stay clean and organised.

The layout is perfect for family living, with a private area for our adult children including a second living space that allows them to have their own zone while still being close to the action.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, offering privacy and convenience, which has been a game changer for us. The office space is also a highlight, providing the perfect environment for the two of us working from home.

And last but not least are the views , which are absolutely stunning and truly add to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop deck is breathtaking with our private pool and a large space to entertain our friends and family.

From the moment we first visited the construction site we were blown away with the design and we still are.

The staff at Sherpa were so accommodating from the get-go and made settling in a seamless experience, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

This apartment is everything we could have wanted, and more and we absolutely love living here!
