Gold Coast property development company Sherpa Property Group is set to embark on its nextluxury project after receiving the green light from Gold Coast City Council for a newresidential project on Chevron Island.
Perspective Helm will include a collection of boutique residences at 107 Stanhill Drive,Chevron Island.
This north facing riverfront site will feature marina berths and is tipped to attract boatieseager to have immediate access to The Broadwater and ocean.
“We are thrilled to have been granted approval to proceed with this project that we believewill deliver a unique lifestyle that’s better than beachfront,” said Daniel Clarke, managingdirector of Sherpa Property Group.
The project has garnered interest from local potential buyers, with expressions of interestalready being received, despite the project yet to begin selling.
“We’ve received a great deal of local pre-launch inquiries into the project,” Mr Clarke said.“This highlights to us that the unique product type we will be bringing to Chevron Island isstriking a chord in the neighbourhood, particularly those who want to decrease theirmaintenance and streamline their lifestyle.”
The three-storey project is set to include 10 residences comprising four waterfront villas, fourriver residences and two two-storey penthouses.
All residences will feature spacious interiors, high end finishes and with a configuration ofthree to four bedrooms plus multipurpose rooms.
Resident amenities will include a wellness centre with a spa, sauna, and pilates machines.
With a north aspect and views of the river, Perspective Helm also has views to SurfersParadise, Main Beach while overlooking Budds Beach.
The project will launch in the coming weeks, with construction due to kick off at the end of 2024.
