Construction Begins on Flourish: A New Chapter for Sixth Avenue

Excitement is building along Sixth Avenue as construction officially commences on at Flourish on Sixth Ave, the latest development from Sherpa Property Group. This highly anticipated project marks a significant milestone for the area, bringing together a team of industry leaders including builder LPS Group and the renowned HAL Architects. LPS has partnered with Sherpa on two other projects, currently under construction, Perspective Nexus (Palm Beach) and Perspective Helm (Chevron Island).

Flourish represents the culmination of Sherpa Property Group's commitment to creating spaces that blend seamlessly with their surroundings while offering modern amenities and sustainable design. The development, strategically positioned on Sixth Avenue, aims to enhance the neighborhood's character while providing new residential and commercial opportunities.

More than just a place to live, Sherpa’s mission is to build communities where residents have the means and support to grow their wealth, health, and happiness. Sherpa will do this by building the most liveable apartments in world-class locations, and combine them with structured education, engagement, and a framework to help residents flourish in all aspects of life.

"We're thrilled to break ground on our first Flourish project," says Christie Leet, Sherpa Founder. "This project embodies our philosophy of creating developments that truly contribute to the communities they serve and help ordinary people live like kings."

The collaboration between Sherpa Property Group, LPS Group, and HAL Architects brings together a wealth of experience and innovative thinking. LPS Group, known for their meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, will be handling the construction phase of the project.

HAL Architects has designed Flourish with a focus on both aesthetic appeal and functional excellence. Their architectural vision incorporates sustainable elements, abundant natural light, and thoughtful spatial arrangements that maximize comfort and usability.

Construction is expected to span approximately two years, with completion targeted for early-mid 2027.
