It was a revealing tour of Perspective 202, Bilinga, for our Brand Ambassador, Warren Young, last week. While Warren thought it was a great use of a valuable beachfront site, providing a fantastic lifestyle for the residents, one surprising factor was how much customisation had gone into the different apartments.

Each level in the one-per-floor boutique apartment project revealed different changes to the original design, delivering a living space that was perfect for the owners. Customisation is one of the core values at Sherpa and we have partnered with a builder, 5Point Projects, who is committed to working with owners through the building process, accommodating changes to fit individual lifestyles and preferences.
