Finishing the year off well

We’re capping off a great year with a roof (very appropriate!)

Construction at our Perspective 488 project in Palm Beach has already reached level 9 and the roof slab is due to be poured on December 16-17.

Completion of the main structure might be impressive but the phases that follow are where the vision really starts coming to life. The services “rough-in” is already up to level 6 and façade glazing is up to level 4. This puts construction on track for our initial timelines, which is a great way to round out the year.

We’re really looking forward to another big year in 2022 so we’re on the lookout for more opportunities to meet the demand we have for land sub-divisions and beachfront projects for the Gold Coast’s most liveable floor plans.
