New home construction at Scenic Ridge

When your new home construction site already has a cracker of a view, it might seem like a bit of overkill to bring in a drone to capture fresh images. But we thought a few passes over Scenic Ridge at Bilambil Heights would give us a good picture of how the site has developed and how construction is progressing on some of the new homes.

With the now sold-out Scenic Ridge development, Sherpa Property Group delivered 35 residential home sites immersed in the tranquil surrounds of the beautiful Northern NSW hinterland – just 10 minutes from the southern end of Queensland’s world-famous Gold coast.

In addition to the new home lots, Scenic Ridge offered nine exclusive hinterland “retreat” estates. These acreage home sites are tucked away in a pristine green enclave where they enjoy glorious valley and ocean views, spanning from Fingal Head all the way through to Currumbin.
