Hear From The Builders…
Here's a snapshot of milestones onsite:
Pile Installation and Trimming: Completion of the basement retaining walls, with 354 piles already installed.
Capping Beam Works: The capping beam works were completed, creating a giant retaining wall around the site's perimeter. In early June, LPS Group installed temporary propping of the capping beam, bracing the retaining walls to support the perimeter during excavation. This allows start for the excavation for the basement.
Bulk Excavation: Initial bulk excavation for the basement is set to begin soon, marking another major milestone in our construction timeline.

With the Gold Coast sun shining, LPS Group are doing a stellar job, ensuring that the project is on track for Q3, 2025.
Key Activities For June 2024…
Bulk Excavation: Digging a large hole is currently underway.
Shotcrete Blinder Works: Spraying concrete on the basement walls will begin following the excavation down.
Dewatering Set-Up: Initial steps for dewatering have started.
Basement Blinder Slab: A thin bottom layer will be poured by the end of June to allow the builder to start constructing the basement slab.
Selling Fast: Only 9 Residences Remaining!
Since the start of construction, we've seen a surge in sales activity. We are excited to announce that 26 residences are now under contract, leaving only 9 residences remaining.
