A ground-breaking development at Palm Beach moved a step closer this week with the Gold Coast City Council approving Sherpa Property Group’s development application for Perspective Two Sea. Perspective Two Sea features nine four-bedroom apartments – one per floor – with absolute beach frontage. The residences range in size from 349sqm to 541sqm for the rooftop penthouse.

Two Sea is the final piece of our Perspective precinct on 27th Avenue, Palm Beach, which partners Perspective 488 and includes three luxury beachfront homes, a beach villa with spacious courtyard and three-car garage, and seven full floor luxury residences with a combined 50m of uninterrupted ocean frontage and views from every room.

Sherpa Property Group’s Lead Sherpa, Christie Leet, said the site demanded something special and HAL Architects had done a great job to make the most of the beachfront opportunity.

“With about 50m of absolute beachfront in total and views from Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise, you would expect something extraordinary and that is exactly what is being delivered,” he said. “With the final part of the development approved, we will soon have Two Sea under construction like the rest of the project.”

Settlement on the three beachfront blocks is expected at the end of this month, allowing construction to begin on three new beachfront homes for Palm Beach. Meanwhile, construction of new apartments in the Perspective 488 complex is up to level three and on track for completion at the end of this year.
