Sherpa's Founder, Christie, was asked to speak on a panel at a recent Property Council of Australia event, to discuss the outlook of housing on the Gold Coast. Most notably, detached dwelling approvals are expected to decline over time to just 10% of approvals, which is where our Freedom series is perfectly placed to provide housing in this niche market.
