“My search for the perfect lifestyle property began some 30 years ago. I was a young PRD agent and would visit the founding partners of PRD, the Douglas family, in their family home on Albatross Avenue. As highly successful agents, they had their choice of anywhere on the Gold Coast to raise their family. They chose Albatross, avoiding the setback limits and congestion of one-way traffic on Hedges Avenue. It’s now 30 years later and every day I search for new development sites.
