Topping off a stellar year

It was great timing this week with the “topping out” of Perspective 488 coinciding with the end of what has been a landmark year for Sherpa Property Group.

Finishing the concrete pour on the roof of 488 brings the structure to its full height and the community, including 488, the beachfront homes and Perspective Two Sea, getting to midway through construction.

It’s a big advance from this time last year, when the Sherpa team consisted of just four full-time staff, looking after now-completed projects, such as Scenic Ridge, the Golden Four, Freedom Rainbow, and Freedom Cabarita. Twelve months later, now with a team of 10, construction is in full swing on Perspective 202, Perspective 488, and Perspective Two Sea. In addition, new projects that came online during 2021 are well advanced, including Freedom Skyline, Perspective Nexus, and Perspective Broadwater. In the new year, we will also be launching Perspective Albatross at Mermaid Beach and hopefully creating some new projects (if you know of any great sites, let us know!).

It’s been an amazing year for Sherpa, the Gold Coast, and our purchasers so we’re really looking forward to another stellar year in 2022. We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all our friends and supporters a relaxed and happy festive season and a prosperous new year.
