488 houses to start

Our first Perspective project at Palm Beach reached a major milestone this week with settlement on land components for three beachfront homes, which were part of the original Perspective 488 plan.

These homes have absolutely beach frontage, allowing residents to walk directly from their homes onto the sand of Palm Beach. Settlement on the land clears the way for construction to start.

Meanwhile, construction on the remainder of the Perspective 488 project is well under way and the adjoining site – Perspective Two Sea – has been cleared with a view to construction starting soon.
