Moving to Mermaid Beach

It’s one of the mostly tightly held real estate markets on the Gold Coast, but we’ve snagged an absolute gem of a site and can’t wait to bring it to market.

We have projects on the go in Palm Beach, Bilinga, Biggera Waters, Coolangatta, and Molendinar but we’ve been searching for a beachfront site in Mermaid Beach for a long time. Now we’ve found the perfect site for a low-density project and, without giving away too much, it will be in line with our previous projects. That means a strong “less is more” emphasis, innovation, and creating the Gold Coast’s most liveable floor plans.

The team has already been hard at it, refining those floor plans and designs and they’ll be available to the public next month.

We’ve been super keen on Mermaid Beach because it’s so much more than an amazing location. It’s a lifestyle that draws you in and once you can imagine living there, you can’t imagine living anywhere else. The 810sqm site at 72-74 Albatross Avenue is currently home to an older-style apartment building so we’re looking forward to bringing to the site the highest levels of luxury and the Sherpa touch we’re so well known for.
