Subtle change for Palm Beach skyline

The skyline at Palm Beach will see a subtle change this week with the removal of one crane and the installation of another only a few metres away. Construction at Perspective 488 is nearing completion while Perspective Two Sea, the adjoining project, is just getting started.

Foundations are fully laid, ready for the construction of Perspective Two Sea at Palm Beach.

Following last week’s concrete pour at Two Sea, the raft slab and foundations are in place, including all the walls and blockwork for the basement. The project is well on track to have the podium completed by Christmas. The rockwall on this absolute beachfront project is almost finished and will be completed by the end of the month. That means Ocean Way will be reinstated in time for the school holidays.
