New Gold Coast development sites

The Gold Coast Bulletin ran a story last week about a couple  of our new site acquisitions – one at the southern end of Palm Beach and one on the Broadwater at Biggera Waters.

According to the Bulletin:

“One of the southern Gold Coast’s most prolific developers has snapped up a pair of sites, with plans to add more than $100 million of towers to the city’s skyline. Fresh from selling out more than $70 million worth of units in two Palm Beach towers, Sherpa Property Group has bought a waterfront Biggera Waters parcel on Marine Parade where it plans to build an eight-storey luxury low-rise unit complex.”

Perspective Broadwater will feature six one-per-floor apartments plus a two-level penthouse – similar to our Perspective 202 project in Bilinga. Perspective Nexus will feature 30 three-bedroom apartments plus three sky homes and a penthouse. Lead Sherpa, Christie Leet said both projects would be brought to the market before the end of the year but buyers would need to register their interest quickly as the market was very hot.

“It has been an absolutely sensational few months on the Gold Coast for Sherpa and the acquisition of these two landmark sites means we can continue bringing more of our signature luxury residences to life. While we hold a deep affinity for the southern Gold Coast, we recognise there is incredible potential and value that lies further north on the central Gold Coast’s Broadwater precinct.”
